Strong with Mom

Have you had a baby recently and do not know what activities are safe to do? Or are you currently pregnant and do not know what exercises are safe? Pregnancy can be hard on the body and once your little one is born, you are tired and it can be difficult to find a babysitter. We have a program that will allow you to get exercise with the appropriate activities geared for your body.

We wanted to create the Strong with Mom program to help support YOU! The new or soon-to- be mom who wants to exercise but doesn't know what to do and what is safe for her body. The program is led by a physical therapist with guest speakers in women's health fields geared toward things that can help you as a mom. We want you to feel confident that you are getting stronger while you are pregnant or in the postpartum period to and help you lose weight in a safe manner. The proper combination of exercise and nutrition, will allow you to reach your goals and you can do it WITH your little one!

The program will begin with an evaluation by a pelvic and women’s health specialist and will be tailored to work with pelvic floor issues, diastasis recti, core issues and help with losing the baby weight!
