This specific method of exercise helps to restore the natural curves of the spine and relieve tension for a balanced and aligned body. Private sessions will be held one-on-one with Stott Pilates Certified Instructor and Physical Therapist, Dr. Kristin Glisczinski, PT, DPT
During your hour long sessions, Kristin will take you through various exercises designed to safely challenge you towards meeting your exercise goals. You will become more familiar with the reformer machine and the many ways it can be used to have an amazing workout. With heightened mind-body awareness, you'll leave feeling more confident and less stressed to take on the rest of your day!
